Today we are Making The Indictment Stick in the case of another co-conspirator in Chapter Two In The Book. This conspirator is the ring leader. He boasts of his prowess and leaves himself no wiggle room in the caper. He does whatever he wants and no one can come close to him in his plans.
He envisions his cunning program and if things don’t go exactly as hoped with the other members of his gang he is still relaxed knowing the things will still work out and his planning is infallable toward the gift he intends from the spoils.
Let’s listen in on another of his jobs he plans and executes with precision in the most graceful way possible, worthy of praise for integrity of his promises. His love for what he is doing and those he is doing it for is perfect. This is revealed and his reputation and position as number one is indisputable as we’ll see.
He is greater than Babe Ruth pointing to Center Field and knocking it out of the park for the joy of the spectators and the other players. The opposing pitcher does not stand a chance. It’s outta here.
HERE IS CHAPTER TWO
Chris Queen Quote: “It does not matter if I am a Zionist. Because God is a Zionist.”
“In Daniel 8 we find at 1-14:
“In the third year of King Belshazzar’s reign, I, Daniel, had a vision, after the one that had already appeared to me. 2 In my vision I saw myself in the citadel of Susa in the province of Elam; in the vision I was beside the Ulai Canal. 3 I looked up, and there before me was a Ram with two horns, standing beside the canal, and the horns were long. One of the horns was longer than the other but grew up later. 4 I watched the ram as it charged toward the west and the north and the south. No animal could stand against it, and none could rescue from its power. It did as it pleased and became great.”
5 “As I was thinking about this, suddenly a goat with a prominent between its eyes came from the west, crossing the whole earth without touching the ground. 6 It came toward the two- horned ram I had seen standing beside the canal and charged at it in great rage. 7 I saw it attack the ram furiously, striking the ram and shattering its two horns. The ram was powerless to stand against it; the goat knocked it to the ground and trampled on it, and none could rescue the ram from its power. 8 The goat became very great, but at the height of its power the large horn was broken off, and in its place four prominent horns grew toward the four winds of heaven.”
9 “Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land. 10 It grew until it reached the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth and trampled on them. 11 It set itself up as great as a commander of the army of the Lord; it took away the daily sacrifice from the Lord, and his sanctuary was thrown down. 12 Because of the rebellion, the Lord’s people and the daily sacrifice were given over to it. It prospered in everything it did, and truth was thrown to the ground.”
13 Then I heard a holy one speaking and another holy one said to him, ‘How long will it take for the vision to be fulfilled – the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the rebellion that causes desolation – the surrender of the sanctuary and the trampling underfoot of the Lord’s people?”
14: “He said to me it will take 2300 evenings and mornings and then the temple will be cleansed.” (NIV)
Another Word Problem
Another word problem. This one is very simple. Simplest in the Bible. Watch! The angel went on to explain to Daniel the ram was Medo-Persia and the goat was Greece.
Nabonidus was Belshazzar’s father for the skeptics whom are not up to speed, still believing outdated errors. Soon your ideas will be permanently shot dead. I- I’m Josey Wales.” This is hardball.
Let’s do the Arithmetic. In 334 B.C. (BCE if you like) Alexander the Great crossed the River Granicus and this is the miraculous battle in Daniel’s vision.
It is confirmed in extra-Biblical histories. “Alexander replied, according to Plutarch, that it would “disgrace the Hellespont should he fear the Granicus.”
Alexander’s historian, Arrian, spoke of this encounter by saying that “Alexander realized that the Persians did not fear him because they did not know him.” The secular historians were Plutarch and Arrian.
Evening/mornings misinterpreted as “days” (another booboo) in KJV are interpreted as evening/mornings in the NIV, Passovers. So, 2300 Passovers from 334 B.C. The arithmetic:
(-)334 + 1 (no year zero in calendars, we must add it) + 2300 = 1967 A.D. (CE if you like)
In June 1967 on the 7th of the month I witnessed (as a nine year old) the Israeli Paratroops in the six day war, retake the temple along with the west bank and old Jerusalem because the Muslim fighters cannot take a blade of grass from Israel as the prophets of God have said. Good Luck with that. Ezekiel chapters 38, 39. “Bird Food.” Lord, I did not fail to warn them directly, as your mercy requires.
Isaiah 66 (God foretelling the future):
“Hear that uproar from the city, hear that noise from the temple!
It is the sound of the Lord repaying his enemies all they deserve. 7 Before she goes into labor she gives birth; before the pains come upon her she delivers a son. 8 Who has ever heard of such things? Who has ever seen things like this? Can a country be born in a day or a nation brought forth in a moment? Yet no sooner is Zion in labor than she gives birth to her children. 9 Do I bring to the moment of birth and not give delivery?” says the Lord. Do I close up the womb when I bring to delivery?’ Says your God. 10 Rejoice with Jerusalem and be glad for her, all you who love her; rejoice greatly with her, all you who mourn over her. 11 For you will nurse at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance.” (NIV)
God’s Boasting Before Hand:
Jerusalem was restored precisely when the angel of the Lord told Daniel it would be. Perfect strike on the timeline of world history just like the Lord Objectively challenged: God boasting and laying it out challenging me to investigate it is either objective yes or objective no: IT IS YES! Isaiah 46: 8-13:
“Remember this, keep it in mind,
take it to heart, you rebels.
9 Remember the former things, those of long ago;
I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like me.
10 I make known the end from the beginning,
from ancient times, what is still to come.
I say, ‘My purpose will stand,
and I will do all that I please.’
11 From the east I summon a bird of prey;
from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose.
What I have said, that I will bring about;
what I have planned, that I will do.
12 Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted,
you who are now far from my righteousness.
13 I am bringing my righteousness near,
it is not far away;
and my salvation will not be delayed.
I will grant salvation to Zion,
my splendor to Israel.” (NIV)
FACT: Prophecy fulfilled on the timeline of history, exactly when the angel predicted it to Daniel. Objective Evidence fit for a court of law.” CQ
Notice the wording in the translation “I will grant salvation.” He will grant it to all who call on his name as the apostle Paul tells us.
Romans 10: 9-15:
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14 How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15 And how can anyone preach unless they are sent?
Call on the name of the Lord and he will grant you salvation as he is doing for Israel. He sent Jesus to gather us to himself in Christ.
